FAQ – Canoe and paddle rental on the Verdon lakes
1 – How long does the rental last?
The rental is planned for the whole day! You leave in the morning, with your vehicle and your boat on the lake of your choice. Then, you will come back to see us in the evening before 5:30 p.m. to return your boat and recover your deposit.
2 – Where can I sail with my boat?
With your boat, you can only navigate on the Verdon lakes; it is prohibited to navigate on the Verdon river. You will have the choice between the magnificent Sainte-Croix lake (1 hour from our cabin at the Huttopia campsite). There, you can navigate the last two kilometers of the Grand Canyon du Verdon. Or, you can go to the turquoise lake of Castillon, 25 minutes from our base to enjoy the tranquility of the lake.
3 – Are the boats easy to use?
These boats are very easy to use for beginners and the most experienced! We provide you with a short user manual and there is a YouTube video with all the explanations in images. Everything is done to guarantee you a good time.
